1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Zoo Finder App and related services offered by Finder Universe LTD (hereinafter "Zoo Finder" or "we").

2. Subject Matter

Zoo Finder provides a mobile application through which users can discover zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums, and similar attractions, and redeem exclusive deals and discounts at participating partners.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Registration

Using the app features requires registration. When registering, you must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.

3.2 Minimum Age

Use of the app is only permitted for persons who have reached the age of 16.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are liable for all activities that occur through your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Models

Zoo Finder offers the following subscription models:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription

4.2 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The respective payment terms of the platforms apply.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for the respective term unless cancelled before expiration.

5. Use of Deals

5.1 Redemption

Deals are redeemed by showing the QR code in the app at the participating partner. Redemption is only possible with an active subscription.

5.2 Terms of Use

  • Each deal can only be redeemed once per visit
  • After redemption, a waiting period applies (usually 30 days) before reuse
  • Deals cannot be combined with other discounts
  • Partners may set additional restrictions

5.3 Availability

Deal availability may vary. Zoo Finder does not guarantee the constant availability of specific offers.

6. Cancellation

6.1 Ordinary Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is done through the app settings or directly through the App Store.

6.2 Extraordinary Cancellation

Zoo Finder reserves the right to terminate the user account extraordinarily in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Zoo Finder is not liable for damages arising from the use of the app, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence.

7.2 Partner Services

Zoo Finder is not liable for the quality of partner services or for their fulfillment of advertised offers.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, content and trademarks belong to Zoo Finder. Use beyond the intended use of the app is not permitted.

9. Changes to Terms

Zoo Finder reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days before taking effect. In case of objection within this period, the subscription can be cancelled at the time of the change.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 Applicable Law

The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10.2 Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Cyprus, where legally permissible.

10.3 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
